ES: Every unattached UI claimant is evaluated at a local ES office to help them regain employment or improve their current employment prospects.

Tier 2: A skills assessment team identifies claimants' transferable skills and targets those skills to specific careers.

Tier 3: A business and employment services team offers effective job seeking skills such as resume writing and mock interviews.
