About Adobe Acrobat Reader

Download Instructions:

1. Go to Adobe's web page to download the software, or click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" link above.
2. Step 1: Select an Acrobat Reader Version
3. Step 2: If you are registering, fill in your name and e-mail address. (Note: There is no need to register.)
4. Click the download button at the bottom of the page
5. A "save as" dialog box will appear. Indicate where the executable file is to be saved on your computer.
6. After downloading the executable file, open the file to install Acrobat Reader.

If you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer but want to view a slide show presentation, you can. Simply download the Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer. This will enable you to view and print the slide show but not edit or change the presentation.

Download Instructions:

1. Download the file from Office Update by clicking Download Now! and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
2. Close any Windows-based programs that are running.
3. Double-click the Ppview97.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
